Our Services
Our mission is to provide responsive solutions and trauma-informed care to vulnerable children by providing safe homes, accessible services, and engaging in ongoing quality improvement.
Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC)
ISFC is a specialized foster care program that provides enhanced support, training, and resources to caregivers so they can care for children and youth with significant emotional, behavioral, or medical needs in a family-based setting.
Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
ECM is for Medi-Cal members that provides comprehensive, whole-person, and community-based care coordination for members with complex health and social needs to improve overall health outcomes. We help connect the dots between medical care, mental health services, and community resources to promote stability and well-being.
Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP)
STRTP provides a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for foster youth who need intensive services. Our trauma-informed team focuses on helping each young person build resilience, gain life skills, and move toward a brighter future.
Supervised Visitation Program (SVP)
SVP provides a safe, non-judgmental environment where children and youth can maintain meaningful connections with their family during times of separation. Visits are observed by trained staff who ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved, while respecting the family’s space and need for minimal intrusion.
